Shipping Partners & Process
- We work with the best partners to ensure items are securely delivered with proper packaging. We generally use UPS and USPS, and trusted private contractors for furniture delivery.

Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to you so you can view your package as it travels.

Furniture
Once your furniture item is placed, I will reach out to make arrangements for the delivery of your item. Trouver French Antiques works with the best shipping companies and their drivers.
You are also welcome to collect furniture and all purchased items from our Issaquah Highlands, Washington location (98029). We will need to coordinate for a pickup date and time.
Shipping Timeline
Most items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Processing takes 2-5 working days. Depending on your location, shipping can take 2-10 working days from our location in the Seattle area.
The delivery time for large furniture pieces delivered outside the West Coast area is sometimes difficult to pinpoint. We are committed to provide you with current information from the courier to allow us both to track it as it travels.
Packing
We work to ensure that your items are in the proper, careful, and protective packaging. Our packing boxes can be recycled and any popcorn used is biodegradable.
